Solution

We built a solution to increase franchise distribution expansion to more than 65%. We deployed teams to sell in the new product placement across more than 5000 franchise store locations over ten business days.

 

Outcome

The franchise distribution penetration doubled after two store visits by our team. The distribution tripled by the fifth visit, and we reached the goal by the seventh visit.
