RIDER TO EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
The information provided in the Application for Employment is true, correct and complete. If offered employment of employed by Driveline Retail Merchandising, any misstatement of omission of fact on this application may result in the rescission of the offer of employment or, if already employed, in my dismissal. I understand that acceptance of an offer of employment does not create a contractual obligation upon Driveline Retail Merchandising to continue to employ me in the future.
